Object of the Issue:
The objects of the Offer are to-
- Achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the SME Platform of BSE.
- Enhance the company’s visibility, brand name and provide liquidity to the existing shareholders.
- Provide a public market for the Equity Shares in India.
The Company will not receive any proceeds from the Offer. and all the proceeds from the Offer will go to the Promoter Selling Shareholder Mr. Rajiv Rameshchandra Kotia.
